Christmas Cuppies

Sorry for the much delayed post here... Baked some chocolate butter cupcake, with swiss meringue buttercream, and top with some simple Christmas deco! Tah Dah!

The whole cuppies is decorated with pure buttercream, included the wreath! Hope you like this simple design!~

2 Tier Fondant Cake

Suppose to design a 2 tier cake with a Spring Summer theme... end up it looks like a Hawaian Skirt! Cake decorating is all about having fun and playing with colors! Pretty satisfied with the color theme, and extremely happy with the cake texture.

Next, im gonna try out vintage theme! Stay tuned!

Flower Power

Sometimes, we can say sorry to a friend via some sweet treats. And we are talking about minor mistake to be fixed, some small little cuppies may work wonder here.

Saturday first thing in the morning, i baked my friend some chocolate cuppies to apologise for some sub-standard product i introduced her. Even though she kept saying not my fault is the seller integrity problem, but i think i shall hold part of the responsiblity since i am the one that made the recommendation...

Simple Fondant Cake

Baked for a cell group member a very simple fondant cake. Mango butter cake base as it is firm or rather hard enough, to withhold the fondant weight and any deco on top of it.

I am indeed very happy when receive comments like : hey your cake is very soft and moist! hey can i have one more serving please.... All these are precious to me when i thought i got the cake slightly overbaked.

Baked Cheesecake

Celebrated my dearest birthday in advance at my sister's place too. Gave him a surprise with a cheesecake and all of us sang him a birthday song!

Think he was too shy in front of my family, he pulled me in together with him... claiming my birthday just 3 days after his...

And we had this 'combine celebration' on the very same night...

A simple baked cheesecake with digestive biscuit as base. I personally like it very much, and think my sister-in-law enjoyed very much as well :)

Jun Yee 1st Birthday!!

We celebrated my newphew 1st birthday in kl, at my sister's place. Sister cooked alot of delicious dishes for us like baked chicken wing, mix vege, steam tofu, soup... Mum cooked our most favorite rice wine chicken, especially for sister! And i cooked my very first butter prawn for them too!

Of course, how can i not bake a cake my our dearest birthday boy - Jun Yee! He is such a darling and a smart boy!

Baked a simple lychee and longan sponge cake, frosted with non-dairy fresh cream. Spent hours to draw a chocolate cartoon and transfer to the cake!

I am not very satisfy with the drawing yet, hope will improve further in the future...

Cinderella Cake for Rachelle

Last week, baked a Cinderella cake for Daisy's 6 years old daughter Rachelle! She celebrated her birthday in advance in her kindergarten, and also i baked some chocolate cuppies for her to convey her thanks to all of her teachers.

Wedding Anniversary Cuppies

Baked some simple cuppies for my good friend Ivy! Happy Anniversary to you and your hubby! I will put into consideration (again) to be your gal's godmum, ok?! hehehe....
