Alternate with oreo crumbs, sweet heart jelly, and m&m candies.

Dragon Fruit Cake for Year of Dragon?

 

Baked a huge mango cake for Republic Poly's Finance Department on January this year. Sincerely hope if i can bake more good cake for them again and again!~

Pretty happy with the outcome, a very simple fresh cream cake, top with many many sweet R2E2 mangoes!
