Baked a huge mango cake for Republic Poly's Finance Department on January this year. Sincerely hope if i can bake more good cake for them again and again!~

Thanks to Ivy again for the cookie order! Under estimate the quantity and end up getting my bf to help me with filling the royal icing, and cutting the ribbons. It was abit tiring and rush but we had so much fun!

Simple Fondant Cake II

Baked for another cell group member a fondant cake again! This time i tried fondant roses! And im happy with the color combination, as this cake, again is meant for a man! a middle aged man!

Instead of firm butter cake base, i opt for vanilla pound cake! Love the cake texture and nice vanilla fragrant!~
